Discussion and brainstorming rooftop gardening techniques
This technical discussion is the opportunity for more experienced gardeners or individuals interested in the technical and design dimension of the project to get familiarized with our experiences from past years. This is also the occasion to find out what we’ll be looking at and researching this season. We are hoping that this meeting will spark a “design committee� to orient the technical development of the project.

Seedling workshop #2 MAX 10 PEOPLE
While seeding lettuce, swiss chard, tomatoes for our demonstration garden, during this workshop we will discuss the tools and techniques necessary to get the gardening season off on the right foot, including the seedlings themselves, substrate, lighting, heat and the seedling calenda

Start-up kit workshop #1 (SEE NOTE BELOW) MAX 15 PEOPLE
SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT THE START-UP KIT PROJECT : This initiative is a pilot project to test our proto-type start-up kits. We are looking for participants who are willing to try the new designs for themselves and stay in touch with us over the summer to make feedback concerning their Kit and manual. This will help us to refine the designs and provide a model that is simple to use and enjoyable for anyone in the community.
