Still have that horrible bridesmaid dress from your best friend’s wedding? Wondering what to do with that turquoise and yellow plaid suit? Put on that outrageous outfit and join us in the garden for a mid-summer Wedding themed BBQ!

The summer fundraiser for Santropol Roulant will include games for the kids and the young at heart (17h00-19h00), great food and beverages for sale, live music by Bent By Elephants and of course, wonderful people with whom to spend the evening. Bring your friends, family members, and fiancés to dance the night away!

As usual we will also need volunteers to help make this event a success! Check out the shifts available and call or stop by the office to sign up:

Thursday July 30th:

Food preparation in the kitchen: 9h30 – 12h30 (4 people)

Set up in the garden: 4h00 – 17h00 ( 4 people)

Grill-master at the BBQ: 16h00 – 18h00 (2 people), 18h00 – 20h00 (2 people)

Serving food: 18h30 – 20h30 ( 2 people)

Bar and merchandise: 16h00 – 18h00 (2 people), 18h00 – 20h00 (2 people), 20h00 – 22h00 (2 people)

Take down and clean up: 22h00 – 23h00 (6 people)
