Join Claude William Genest for an Intro to Permaculture Design next Thursday, June 12th, from 4-7pm at the McGill Edible Campus Garden.

Permaculture is an ethical system of ecological design the goal of which is to create human habitat that is aesthetically beautiful, ecologically beneficial and financially profitable. Permaculture is a philosophy of working with and not against nature to create regenerative landscapes and Gardens of Eatin' !

Claude Genest teaches Permaculture Design on behalf of the University of Vermont from his model farm on Isle LaMotte. His pioneering television series "Regeneration - The Art of Sustainable Living" recently received an Emmy nomination and he is one of 200 Canadians trained by Al Gore to present "An Inconvenient Truth".

Mr. Genest is also Deputy Leader of the Green Party of Canada and will be running in the Westmount by-election late this summer.
